Brandywine Bay Association(BBA) shares a 100 space storage yard with Brandywine Owner’s Association(BOA) on a 50/50 basis, located on the North side of Highway 24 across from Brandywine Bay. Qualified users must own a residence in BBA and be a member in good standing. Qualified items for storage are limited to boats/trailers, utility trailers, and RV’s that have current registrations with the State. The spaces are usually 100% rented at a nominal fee of $65/year, but spaces do come available from time to time and there is a maintained wait list.
